These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Maya Barrage Interior Design Studio (“the Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any person accessing or using this website (the “Website,” “user,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

Project inquiries and no contractual relationship

Submission of an inquiry through the Contact Us form, by email, or through any other communication channel does not create, and shall not be construed as creating, any contractual, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Studio. No obligation on the part of the Studio to provide any design, consultancy, or other service shall arise from such submission.

Any engagement for architectural, interior design, or related services shall be governed exclusively by the terms of a separate written agreement executed by both parties, which shall set forth the scope of work, fees, timelines, and other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of such a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail with respect to the services described therein.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website: (a) for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable; (c) to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, its servers, or any systems or networks connected thereto; or (d) to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the servers or networks used to make it available.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
